According to the Circular, measuring instruments prescribed in Circular No. 03/2024/TT-BKHCN are as follows:
- Measuring instruments for length:
+ Retractable ruler;
+ Photoelectric distance measuring instrument: the accreditation frequency is 12 months;
+ Water depth measuring instrument: the accreditation frequency is 12 months;
+ Measuring instrument for depths of underwater structure: the accreditation frequency is 24 months;
- Taximeter: the accreditation frequency is 18 months;
- Measuring instrument for vehicular speed: the accreditation frequency is 24 months;
- Level measuring instrument: the accreditation frequency is 12 months;
- Electronic total station: the accreditation frequency is 12 months;
- Analytical balance: the accreditation frequency is 12 months;
- Bench scale: the accreditation frequency is 12 months;
- Universal scales:
+ Dial spring scale: the accreditation frequency is 24 months;
+ Table top scale; beam scale; steel hanging scale: the accreditation frequency is 12 months;
- Crane scale: the accreditation frequency is 12 months;
- Vehicle scale: the accreditation frequency is 12 months;
- Specialized vehicle scale for vehicle load inspection: the accreditation frequency is 24 months;
- Static railway scale: the accreditation frequency is 12 months;
- Active railway scale: the accreditation frequency is 24 months;
Circular No. 03/2024/TT-BKHCN has added the following measuring instruments, which are measuring instruments for electrical power charged into batteries of electric vehicles, to the list of measuring instruments, metrology control methods, and measuring instrument accreditation frequency:
+ Measuring instrument for alternating electric energy for charging batteries of electric bicycles and motorcycles: the accreditation frequency is 60 months;
+ Measuring instrument for alternating electric energy for charging batteries of electric automobiles: the accreditation frequency is 36 months;
+ Measuring instrument for direct electric energy for charging batteries of electric automobiles: the accreditation frequency is 36 months;
