Electronic prescriptions have the same legal value as paper prescriptions

According to the Circular No. 27/2021/TT-BYT on making up electronic prescriptions promulgated by the Minister of Health, electronic prescriptions that are prescriptions written, displayed, digitally signed, shared and filed in electronic form will have the same legal value as paper prescriptions.
