According to the Circular, forms of certificates and records of technical safety and environmental protection issued to vessels are prescribed in Appendix I issued together with Circular No. 20/2022/TT-BGTVT (29 forms).
Forms are not currently applied such as:
- Certificates of conformity to ballast water management;
- Certificates of conformity to the list of hazardous materials;
- Certificates of eligibility for ship recycling;
- Certificates of approval for the plan on carriage of grain in bulk.
(Currently, there are 32 forms of certificates and records of technical safety and environmental protection issued to vessels).
Note: In case forms of certificates and records of technical safety and environmental protection issued to vessels according to regulations in Circular No. 25/2017/TT-BGTVT and Circular No. 41/2019/TT-BGTVT,
These forms of certificates and records of technical safety and environmental protection shall be continually valid till the expiry date thereof.
Circular No. 20/2022/TT-BGTVT will come into force from January 01, 2023 and replaces Circular No. 25/2017/TT-BGTVT and Circular No. 41/2019/TT-BGTVT .
