The Decree provides for measures for ensuring security and order at air border checkpoints as follows:
- Measures for ensuring security and order at air checkpoints:
+ Patrol, control, prevention, detection and handling of violations of law;
+ Supervision of activities of people and vehicles at air border checkpoints with technical equipment;
+ Other measures as prescribed by the Law on the People's Public Security, the Law on National Security and relevant laws.
- Measures for ensuring security and order in airside zones:
+ Control of people entering and leaving airside zones;
+ Patrol, control, prevention, detection and handling of violations of law in airside zones;
+ Supervision of activities of people and vehicles in airside zones with technical equipment;
+ Other measures as prescribed by the Law on the People's Public Security, the Law on National Security and relevant laws.
Decree No. 93/2022/ND-CP comes into force from December 22, 2022.
