According to the Official Dispatch, the Lunar New Year holiday will last 7 days, starting from January 20, 2023 to the end of January 26, 2023.
Additionally, Prime Minister of Vietnam Vu Duc Dam has also agreed that the National Day holiday will be from September 1, 2023 to the end of September 4, 2023.
Agencies and units shall comply with the mentioned schedule and arrange working departments appropriately to settle work continuously, ensuring the quality of the work serving organizations and the People.
Other weekly, public holidays, and Tet holidays shall comply with the Labor Code 2019.
At the same time, the Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam authorizes the Minister of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs to announce the 2023 Lunar New Year holiday and National Day holiday schedule.
