This Circular also includes amendments to the application for Certificate of compliance with food safety regulations for agricultural, forest and aquatic products prescribed in Clause 3 Article 17 of the Circular No. 38/2018/TT-BNNPTNT
Accordingly, an application for Certificate of compliance with food safety regulations for agricultural, forest and aquatic products prescribed in Clause 1 Article 36 of the 2010 Law on Food Safety includes:
(1) An application form for Certificate of compliance with food safety regulations;
(2) A copy of the business registration certificate;
(3) A description of facilities, equipment and devices which meet food safety conditions as prescribed by competent authorities;
(4) Health certificates, issued by health facilities of district or higher level, of the owner and persons directly engaging in production and trading of food products;
(5) Certificates of completion of training courses in food safety of the owner and persons directly engaging in production and trading of food products issued according to regulations adopted by supervisory Ministers.
The documents mentioned in Sections (2), (4) may be enclosed with the application or presented to the appraising team upon their visit to the applicant’s premises.
(According to regulations in force, such an application only includes the documents in sections (1) ).
The Circular No. 32/2022/TT-BNNPTNT is coming into force from February 15, 2023.
