According to the Circular, periodic reports in the construction field shall be divided into specific fields, such as construction investment, urban development, technical infrastructure, construction materials, etc.
Each field will have its corresponding specific reports:
- Construction investment: Reports on the management of construction operations; Reports on technical inspection and labor safety.
- Urban development and technical infrastructure: Reports on urban development; Reports on green-growth urban construction; Reports on the management of urban green trees, etc.
- Construction material management: Reports on the export of minerals used as construction materials; Reports on the operation of the construction material field.
Reporting facilities, implementation subjects, contents, frequencies, and the time for data finalization are specified in the document.
Circular No. 01/2023/TT-BXD comes into force as of March 10, 2023 and replaces Circular No. 02/2018/TT-BXD and Circular No. 02/2019/TT-BXD.
