According to the Decree, the following provisions of Decree No. 65/2022/ND-CP 03 shall be suspended until the end of 2023:
- Identification of professional investors which are individuals prescribed in Point d Clause 1 Article 8 of Decree No. 153/2020/ND-CP, which is amended by Clause 6 Article 1 of Decree No. 65/2022/ND-CP;
- Period for distribution of bonds which are offered in each offering wave prescribed in Clause 7 Clause 8 Article 1 of Decree No. 65/2022/ND-CP;
- The report on credit rating of issuers prescribed in Point e Clause 2 Article 12 of Decree No. 153/2020/ND-CP, which is amended by Clause 9 Article 1 of Decree No. 65/2022/ND-CP.
Besides, Decree No. 08/2023/ND-CP also amends Clause 3 Article 34 of Decree No. 153/2020/ND-CP and Point b Clause 3 Article 3 of Decree No. 65/2022/ND-CP.
Bond offerings for which the disclosed information has been sent to the Stock Exchange before the day on which Decree No. 08/2023/ND-CP comes into force and the distribution of bonds has not been completed shall comply with the provisions in Clause 7 and Clause 8 Article 1 of Decree No. 65/2022/ND-CP.
Decree No. 08/2023/ND-CP comes into force from March 05, 2023.
