According to the Circular: Appendix II - Product-specific rules prescribed in Clause 2 Article 2 of Circular No. 22/2016/TT-BCT (replaced by Appendix I prescribed in Clause 1 Article 1 of Circular No. 10/2019/TT-BCT) is replaced with Appendix I promulgated together with Circular No. 03/2023/TT-BCT.
Appendix III - Substantial transformation criteria for textiles and textile products prescribed in Clause 3 Article 2 of Circular No. 22/2016/TT-BCT (replaced by Appendix II prescribed in Clause 2 Article 1 of Circular No. 10/2019/TT-BCT) is replaced with Appendix II promulgated together with Circular No. 03/2023/TT-BCT.
Appendix IV - List of ITA products prescribed in Clause 4 Article 2 of Circular No. 22/2016/TT-BCT (replaced by the Appendix prescribed in Clause 1 Article 1 of Circular No. 25/2019/TT-BCT) is replaced with Appendix III promulgated together with Circular No. 03/2023/TT-BCT.
Circular No. 03/2023/TT-BCT comes into force as of April 1, 2023.
