AMENDING CERTAIN
ARTICLES AND APPENDICES OF DECREE NO 58/2021/ND-CP DATED JUNE 10, 2021 OF THE
GOVERNMENT ON PROVISION OF CREDIT INFORMATION SERVICES
Pursuant to Law on Governmental Organization
dated June 19, 2015; Law on amendments to Law on Government Organization and
Law on Local Governmental Organization dated November 22, 2019;
Pursuant to Law on State Bank of Vietnam dated
June 16, 2010;
Pursuant to Law on Credit Institutions dated
January 18, 2024;
Pursuant to Law on Enterprises dated June 17,
2020;
Pursuant to Law on Investment dated June 17,
2020;
At request of Governor of the State bank of

Article 1. Amendments to clause 2 of Article 10
and brief resume form specified in Appendix VI issued together with Decree
No. 58/2021/ND-CP
1. Amendments to clause 1
of Article 8 of Decree No. 58/2021/ND-CP:
“2. For document components that are unverified
copies or copies not issued from original documents, credit information
companies shall attach original copies (in form of paper documents or other
forms but with equivalent legal value to documents issued by competent
authorities in accordance with law) for comparison; individuals in charge of
comparison shall countersign on the copies and take responsibilities for the
consistency between the copies and the original copies."
2. Amendments to Section 1,
Section 4 and Notes section of the Brief resume form specified in Appendix VI
issued with Decree No. 58/2021/ND-CP

a) For Vietnamese citizen:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- ID number

- Name, address, tax code of organization that you
act as representative of stakes/shares, and the proportion of stakes/shares

of the declarant (Full name, ID number (for Vietnamese citizens); Passport
number or document in lieu of passport, date of issuance, place of issuance
(for individuals who are not Vietnamese citizens))
b) For foreigners:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Passport number or document in lieu of passport,
date of issuance, place of issuance

1. This Decree shall come into force from November
1, 2024.
2. Applications for issuance of certificates of
eligibility for providing credit information service by State Bank of Vietnam
submitted before the effective date of this Decree shall continue to be
considered and processed in accordance with the provisions of law at the time
of submission.
