Vietnam to accelerate downsizing and simplification of administrative procedures and business regulations
According to the Resolution, the tasks of continuing the review and completion of constitutions, laws, and policies associated with the improvement of capacity and efficiency of the implementation of laws and accelerating the downsizing and simplification of administrative procedures and business regulations aim to:
- Promptly and adequately institutionalize guidelines, directions, resolutions, conclusions, and directives of the CPV.
Continue reviewing and completing constitutions and policies meeting practical requirements and arising issues in association with the improvement of capacity and efficiency of the implementation of laws;
Ensure the progress and quality of Bills, Ordinances, and Resolutions in the Program on Law and Ordinance Development 2024.
Accelerate the promulgation of guiding documents and the implementation of specific guidelines and policies approved by the National Assembly of Vietnam.
Continue to proactively review and complete constitutions, policies, and regulations and focus on resolving difficulties to steadily, healthily, and sustainably restore and develop types of markets, especially markets of corporate bonds, land use rights, real estate, labor, science and technology, energy, etc., contributing to the effective mobilization and use of resources for business production.
- Intensify discipline and improve the efficiency of the cooperation between authorities at various levels, agencies, and units in the development, promulgation, review, inspection, and implementation of legislative documents.
Focus on downsizing and simplifying administrative procedures and business regulations;
Prevent the occurrence of new procedures, business regulations, and technical standards and regulations that are not appropriate or feasible to create favorable conditions and minimize compliance fees for people and enterprises.
Urgently review, amend, supplement, and promulgate technical-economic norms adequately in investment, construction, and public services.
